Orders

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product that is currently in production, essentially reserving it before the scheduled release date. Your pre-order will be dispatched to you by a specific date stated on the product page.

You will be charged for your pre-order at the time of purhcase, rather than when it is dispatched. Please take this into consideration when committing to a pre-order product.

Each pre-order product will have a dispatch date clearly written on the product page. This is the date your pre-order will be dispatched rather than the date it will be delivered, so please also allow for the delivery time. This date is non-negotiable and it will not be possible for you to receive your pre-order any earlier than the advertised dispatch date.

Product Care

The best way to clean your acrylic jewellery is with a soft microfibre cloth. This will remove any dust and fingerprints and buff the acrylic to a beautiful shine. For more stubborn dirt you can use a little splash of water. We do not recommend lots of moisture or harsh chemicals/sprays as this can damage the acrylic and tarnish the silver plated chain. If the chain does tarnish, use a silver polishing cloth to return it to it's former shiny self.

For the acrylic exterior of the bauble, we recommend using a soft microfibre cloth to clean any dust and fingerprints. If any dirt gets inside the acrylic sphere, take the front half off and use a small soft brush to gently dust any dirt off the layered wood, then click the front back into place.

If the acrylic bauble cracks or breaks do not panic or throw the whole thing away! The 3D centres are glued to removable acrylic separators that can be taken out and placed into a new bauble casing. If this happens please email us and we will help get you a new outer casing to ensure your baubles are back on your tree before Santa comes!

Sustainability

People hear the word plastic and instantly think harmful, but plastic doesn't have to be inherently bad! I think we can all agree that single use plastic is a huge problem and is causing untold harm to our planet, but plastic does still have place as a useful material when used properly and recycled accordingly.

At Hashtag House all of our jewellery is made from Perspex acrylic, a high quality brand with a strong environmental policy, and nothing is ever designed or made to be single use...in fact we hope you treasure your statement pieces for many years to come! Our acrylic jewellery is zero waste, meaning nothing ends up in landfill. All our off cuts are saved, sorted by colour and turned into new sheets of material that we use in our Renewellery collection.

Yes! All the wood used in our 3D Layered Baubles, from the laser ply, to the wood veneer used to give the designs their wonderful colour, is sourced from FSC certified suppliers. We also ensure all of our packaging material comes FSC certified too!

Yep...well 99% of it is. We have refined our packaging over the years and now everything from the box, to the tape, to the paper packing inside the boxes is recyclable. In fact wherever possible, we hold on to packing materials from any deliveries we receive and reuse that too, so it has an extra life before being recycled. The only thing that isn't recyclable at the moment is the bubble wrap pouches that the acrylic jewellery comes in to keep it protected from damage in the post...but we are working on alternative solutions!

All of our acrylic jewellery is zero waste meaning we save all the off cuts, sort them by colour and then when we have collected enough they get broken up into small to medium pieces, sandwiched between clear acrylic and heated in a vulcanising press until they fuse together into new usable sheets ready to be turned into our Renewellery.
